Phoenix Beverages Group Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions:

1) This competition is open only to residents of Mauritius who are aged 18 years or over. 2) Employees of PBG, their families, and suppliers connected with this prize draw are ineligible to enter. 3) Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. 4) The winner will be chosen by random selection from the valid entries received. 5)Last day for entering the prize draw is December 7th 2007. 6) The prize draw will take place on the 12th of December 2007. 7) The winner of the prize draw will be notified by e-mail no later than the 8th of January 2008. 8) The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by telephone or e-mail within 7 days or they will forfeit the prize and a replacement winner will be drawn at random from the remaining entries. 9) Winners name will be available on request. 10) No correspondence will be entered into and the judges decision is final. 11) Phoenix Beverages Ltd, Phoenix Beverages Group or any other subsidiaries, or suppliers to Phoenix Beverages Ltd. regarding this promotion, are not responsible for the event or admittance of any person(s) to the event nor can be held for any liabilities regarding the event.
